Terms & Conditions
Payments
1. To secure booking, a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours after receiving quotation.
2. The balance of the booking, must be paid 14 days before arrival.
3. Booking and 100% of the deposit will be lost if full payment hasn’t been cleared by the bank 10 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations & Changes Of Booking Date
Cancellations and making changes to booking date are only effective on receiving a written notification via email.
1. A percentage of the deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made.
- 25% of deposit will be forfeited if booking is cancelled 30+ days prior to arrival.
- 50% of deposit will be forfeited if booking is cancelled 15 – 29 days prior to arrival.
- 100% of deposit will be forfeited if booking is cancelled 10 – 14 days prior to arrival.
2. 100% of total booking amount is liable
- If reservation is cancelled 9 days or less prior to arrival
- For early check outs
- For late arrivals
- For “no shows”
3. Making changes to the booking date will be dealt with the same as 1 and 2.
Arrival And Departure
1. Check in time is any time after 14:00. It is a self check in procedure, a welcome letter with the check in procedure is sent a day before the check in date.
2. Check out time is strictly at 10h00. Guests that check out after 10:00 without prior arrangement will be liable for an extra night’s accommodation, as we will not be able to service the villa in time for new arrivals.
Security
1. For your own safety we recommend that the doors should be locked if you go to bed or leave the villa. All valuables should be inside the villa.
2. Normandie On Sea will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any belongings of guests.
3. On departure, please do the following:
- All windows closed and locked
- Make sure the doors are locked
- Arm the alarm system when checking out
- Put the key back in the key safe and shuffle the numbers
Pets
No pets are allowed.
Smoking
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests must smoke outside. Ashtrays provided in the courtyard.
2. Cigarettes should be discarded in the ashtrays only.
Cleaning
Please do your dishes before checking out!
Damages / Loss Of Items
In the event of damage to the property or loss of items, we reserve the right to charge to repair or replace the item(s).
Disclaimer
Normandie On Sea will not be liable for any damages or injury that results from the use of facilities at Normandie on Sea.
